You’re able to anticipate what you want to do, how you want to do it, and when you’re going to do it. You’re able to focus your mind on the things you want to do and the things you need to do. This is also the level of self-awareness that we have today.
I think the reason so many people use the term post-workout (which is a pretty subjective term) instead of pre-workout is because it means we are more involved in our day-to-day lives even when we are not working out. It means we are more aware of what we are doing and how we are doing it.

Well, we think its pretty good. I was just thinking that it is really hard to get people to eat after they workout, but then again we are talking about a workout that involves weights, so thats probably why.
If your workout is less than 2 hours and you have a post-workout meal, you probably need to eat something. But if you are using nutrition and nutrition supplements for your workout, you probably need to eat. However, if you have a meal after a workout, it is still important to eat something. Many people do not realize this, but when you exercise for a longer time, your body starts to break down muscle mass and it takes longer to recover from exercise.
